The Adult Perio plan is designed for patients managing gum disease who require more frequent, specialized care. It replaces standard cleaning discounts with a 10% discount on periodontal therapy visits — the treatments that matter most for keeping their condition stable.

The membership plan is designed as a standalone plan for patients without insurance, or as a supplement for patients whose insurance has gaps. It cannot be billed alongside dental insurance for the same services. If you have insurance that covers your routine care, you likely won’t need the membership plan for those visits — but the 15% additional discount on treatment may still be valuable.
Each family member enrolls separately at the applicable tier (Child or Adult). There is no combined family rate at this time, but enrolling multiple family members is straightforward and each member receives the full benefits of their plan.
The included services (exams, imaging, cleanings, and applicable discounts) are what the plan fee covers. Major restorative work such as crowns, implants, veneers, and other procedures is not included at no charge — but your 15% additional discount applies to all of those treatments, which can represent significant savings on larger cases.
The 10% discount applies to all necessary cleanings — not just two. If you require more frequent cleanings based on your oral health needs, the discount applies to those visits as well.
